At Mental Bloom Therapy, we create a nurturing space where personal growth, healing, and transformation take root. Our approach is designed to help individuals, couples, and families cultivate deeper connections, overcome life’s challenges, and flourish emotionally. We believe that, just like a garden, the mind and relationships can be nourished to bloom with the right support, guidance, and care. Licensed Therapist

I’m a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I graduated with a Master’s in Family Therapy from Drexel University and am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).

I have an eclectic approach, which is a fancy way of saying that I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My style is direct and strengths-based, balancing accountability with compassion. Most importantly, I believe that authenticity is a key component of therapy and that therapy shouldn’t feel robotic. I am a real person with real experiences, and I show up as my authentic self in the therapy room, just like I want all of my clients to feel comfortable doing.  

When I was starting Mental Bloom Therapy, I wanted it to be more than just another therapy practice, especially with so many big box therapy companies popping up whose focus is typically not on what truly matters—the people seeking help. I imagined a place where people could truly heal, grow, and thrive. A place where you can show up as you are and feel valued. I know that seeking help is one of the hardest things to do, and how uncomfortable and scary starting therapy can be. That’s why one of my main goals with Mental Bloom Therapy is to make the process as comfortable as possible, making sure you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way so that you can focus on what matters most: you.

Getting started is simple. When you reach out, we’ll schedule a brief phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit and answer any questions you have. If you’re ready to move forward at the end of the call, you’ll schedule your first session. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you. In therapy, we focus on identifying what’s holding you back, breaking unhealthy patterns, and creating practical steps to help you move forward.
